What is SWBAT Community?
SWBAT Community is an online community where teachers learn to use AI for themselves and in their classrooms. It is built around two SWBAT models, the GenAI Mindset and the Growth Skillset, with professional development built in.
Who is it for?
Classroom teachers, coaches, specialists and school leaders, from elementary through higher ed. You do not need any AI experience.
I’m skeptical about AI. Is this for me?
Yes. The GenAI Mindset starts from tasks you already do and keeps you in charge. If a tool doesn’t help your students or save you time this week, we drop it.
What does SWBAT mean?
SWBAT stands for “Students Will Be Able To,” the phrase teachers use to write measurable learning objectives. It is also our promise.
Can my school or district join as a team?
Yes. SWBAT runs cohort onramps for schools and guided onramps for districts and organizations. See swbat.com/schools for team onramps.
